Priority Application Dates & Deadlines for Online programs

• Academic or Professional Reference Form
  • A professor, mentor, employer, former employer, or the like should complete this form. This form cannot be completed by a relative.
• Homeschool Applicants: Students under 21 years of age will need to submit SAT or ACT scores. Multnomah’s standardized test identification numbers are:
  • SAT Code: 4496
  • ACT Code: 3476
• Request your Official Transcript(s)
  • Undergraduate
  • This should include at least the junior year (or GED Score Report) from your high school. It should be a sealed document sent directly from your high school to Multnomah University. If you have not yet graduated, please also submit a final transcript upon graduation.
• • Transfer Students
  • Official Transcript(s) from each college or university you have attended, or are currently attending, or from which you will receive credit.
  • Transfer applicants who have earned fewer than 24 semester hours (or 36 quarter credits) of college-level credit must also submit high school transcripts or GED results.
  • Homeschooled Students
  • Multnomah provides a free transcript template as a courtesy to our homeschooled applicants.

  • This form is to be completed by the applicant’s minister, spiritual mentor, or ministry supervisor. This form cannot be completed by a relative.

• $40 Application Fee
  • If required for your program, this non-refundable fee is to be paid online when the application is submitted.

  • Online M.A. in Christian Leadership and Master of Divinity only: As a part of Multnomah Biblical Seminary’s online programs, students are required to meet regularly with a mentor (Pastor, Elder, Deacon, or other Church Leader) in their local community. This form is to be completed by the person agreeing to serve in that capacity.
